By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, and as President of the United States and Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: SECTION 1. All existing Executive orders delegating functions vested in the President by the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, and otherwise providing for carrying out functions authorized by the said Act shall, until further order of the President, remain in full force and effect with respect to such of the said functions as are continued by the Defense Production Act Amendments of 1953. SEC. 2. The functions under the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, heretofore delegated to the Director of the Office of Defense Mobilization shall be deemed to include the authority to make the findings required by section 101 (b) of the said Act as amended by the Defense Production Act Amendments of 1953.SEC. 3.
