By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Abaca Production Act of 1950 (64 Stat. 435; 50 U.S.C. 541, et seq.), and as President of the United States, it is ordered that section 4 (a) of Executive Order No. 10539 of June 22, 1954 (19 F. R. 3829), be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows: "Section 4 (a).
