By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and statutes, and as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: 1. Paragraph 2 (b) of Executive Order No. 10096 of January 23, 1950, relating to the indexing of inventions owned or controlled by the United States, be, and it is hereby, revoked. 2.
