By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, and as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: SECTION 1. Section 4(a) of Executive Order No. 10560 of September 9, 1954, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting "paragraphs (a) to (j), inclusive" and by inserting in lieu thereof the following: "paragraphs (a) to (k) inclusive." SEC. 2.
