The Secretary of the Interior is authorized, with respect to the International Symposium on Geothermal Energy to be held in San Francisco, California, in May 1975, to perform the functions conferred by section 102 (b) (5), (7) and (8) of the act. SEC. 2. I find that the delegation made by section 1 of this order is in the interest of the purposes expressed in the act and the efficient administration of the International Symposium on Geothermal Energy. SEC. 3. The delegation made by this order shall become effective upon the expiration of sixty days while the Congress is in session.
