By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 501(a) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Public Law 93-112; 87 Stat. 390), it is hereby ordered as follows: SECTION 1. The Interagency Committee on Handicapped Employees shall be comprised of the following (or their designees whose positions are executive level IV or higher): (1) The Secretary of Defense. (2) The Secretary of Labor. (3) The Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare. (4) The Chairman of the Civil Service Commission. (5) The Administrator of Veterans Affairs. (6) The Administrator of General Services. (7) The Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and (8) such other members as the President may, from time to time, designate. SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare and the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, under the provisions of section 501(a) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, shall serve as Co-chairmen of the Committee.
