By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution of the United States of America, and in order to extend the life of the President's Advisory Committee on Women's Business Ownership, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. App. I), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 12426 of June 22, 1983, is amended as follows: (a) Section 2(a) is amended by striking "foster" and inserting in lieu thereof "study methods of obtaining".
