By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. App. 1), it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. In order to provide for additional members of an advisory committee that assists in efforts to increase private sector support for the arts and the humanities, Section l(a) of Executive Order No. 12367 is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "not more than twenty persons" and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase "such number of additional persons." Sec. 2. Section 4(b) of Executive Order No. 12367 is hereby amended to read in full: "The Committee shall terminate on September 30, 1989, unless sooner extended."
