By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. The President's Drug Advisory Council, established by Executive Order No. 12696, is continued until November 13, 1993. Sec. 2. The second sentence of Section 1(a) of Executive Order No. 12696 is amended by deleting "30" and inserting "35" in lieu thereof. George Bush The White House, March 18, 1991.
