By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended and in order to extend the reporting period of the National Commission on America's Urban Families, it is hereby ordered that section 2(b) of Executive Orer No. 12792 is amended by deleting the date "December 31, 1992" and inserting in lieu thereof the date "January 20, 1993".
