By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. App.), it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1, subsection (a), of Executive Order No. 12878 (November 5, 1993) is amended— 1. in the second sentence, by deleting "30 members", and inserting "32 members"; and 2. in the fifth sentence, by deleting "Ten members", and inserting "Twelve members".
