Executive order of December 19, 1906, withdrawing T. 16 N., of R. 1 E., Jemez meridian, for the benefit of the Indians of the Jemez Pueblo, is hereby amended to read as follows: It is hereby ordered that the following described lands in New Mexico, namely, T. 16 N., R. 1 E., New Mexico principal meridian, excepting any tract or tracts the title to which has passed out of the United States Government, or to which valid legal rights have attached, be, and the same are, hereby withdrawn from sale and settlement and set apart as a reservation for the use and benefit of the Indians of the Jemez Pueblo.
