Whereas it appears that Executive Order No. 6516 dated December 20, 1933, does not include the employees in the field service of the executive departments and independent establishments of the Government, including the Government Printing Office and the Navy Yard and stations; and Whereas it was the intention of the President that the employees in such field service should be included therein; Now, Therefore , it is hereby ordered that the provisions of the said order shall be and are hereby extended to the employees in the said field service.
