By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered that the Executive order of December 11, 1912, withdrawing certain public lands in California as power-site reserve no. 322, be, and it is hereby, modified to the extent of permitting the State of California to use the following-described land in connection with Federal and State cooperative forest-protection work, on condition that the State shall relinquish its use of the land and remove any improvements thereon within 60 days after receipt of notice from the Secretary of the Interior that the land is needed for storage for power or irrigation purposes: Mount Diablo Meridian T. 13 S., R. 24 E., sec. 8, lots 10 and 11, 28.18 acres.
