By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, Executive Orders Nos. 5323 and 6473 of April 10, 1930, and December 4, 1933, respectively, withdrawing, together with other lands, public lands in Tps. 13 and 14 N., Rs. 98, 99, and 100 W. of the sixth principal meridian, Wyoming, respectively, pending a resurvey, are hereby revoked as to said townships. This order shall become effective upon the date of the official filing of the plats of resurvey of said townships. FRANKLIN D ROOSEVELT THE WHITE HOUSE, May 5, 1936.
