By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the provisions of paragraph Third of section 6 of the Civil Service Act (22 Stat. 403, 406), paragraph 10(a), section IV, schedule A of the Civil Service Rules, is hereby amended to exclude the positions of civilian instructor of wrestling, civilian instructor of boxing, and civilian instructor of gymnastics, at the United States Military Academy. As amended the paragraph will read: "10. (a) Civilian professors, instructors, (except civilian instructor of wrestling, civilian instructor of boxing, and civilian Instructor of gymnastics), and teachers in the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the position of librarian when filled by appointment of a graduate of that academy."
