By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered as follows: SECTION 1. Executive Order No. 5089 of April 9, 1929, temporarily withdrawing certain public lands in Colorado for classification and in aid of legislation, is hereby revoked as to the following-described land: SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN T. 1 S., R. 78 W., sec. 34, NE 1/4 SW 1/4, 40 acres. SECTION 2. Subject to valid existing rights and to an outstanding power-site reservation, the tract of land described in section 1 of this order is hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry and reserved for use by the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture as an administrative site in connection with the administration of the Arapaho National Forest.
