By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me as President of the United States and by the act of June 25, 1910, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, 37 Stat. 497, it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. The Executive Order of March 13, 1854, as modified by the Executive Order of January 11, 1855, reserving and setting apart fractional section 20, township 49 north, range 13 west, fourth principal meridian, for military purposes, is hereby revoked. Section 2. The land described in section 1 hereof is hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry and reserved for the use of the War Department for river and harbor purposes.
