CALIFORNIA By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, c. 369, 37 Stat. 497, and subject to the conditions therein expressed and to any valid existing rights, it is ordered that the following-described public land in the State of California be, and it is hereby, withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, entry, or other form of appropriation, and reserved for the exclusive use of the Navy Department for naval purposes: SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN T. 16 S., R. 10 E., sec. 35, 640 acres.
