COLORADO By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, Executive Order No. 6845 of September 11, 1934, withdrawing public lands in Colorado pending a resurvey, is hereby revoked. This order shall become effective upon the date of the official filing of the plats of the resurvey of the lands involved. FRANKLIN D ROOSEVELT The White House, June 8, 1940.
