By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 1752 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (U.S.C., title 22, sec. 132), it is ordered that Chapter IX of the Foreign Service Regulations of the United States be, and it is hereby, amended as follows: 1. The subheading "Federal Security Agency" is placed before section IX-8 in lieu of "Treasury", and the subheading "Treasury" is placed before section IX- 9. 2.
