By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the provisions of paragraph Eighth, subdivision SECOND, section 2 of the Civil Service Act (22 Stat. 403, 404), it is ordered that subdivision IX of Schedule A of the Civil Service Rules be, and it is hereby, amended by the addition of the following paragraph: "13. Rural Electrification Administration: One private secretary or confidential assistant to the Administrator of the Rural Electrification Administration." FRANKLIN D.
