By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 321 of title 2 of the Canal Zone Code, section 60 of the regulations governing highways, vehicles, and vehicular traffic in the Canal Zone, prescribed by Executive Order No. 7242 of December 6, 1935, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 60. License tags; carrying, care, and illumination.
