By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and statutes of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: 1. The name of the Economic Defense Board, established by Executive Order No. 8839 of July 30, 1941, is changed to the Board of Economic Warfare. 2. Executive Orders No. 8839 of July 30, 1941, No. 8900 of September 15, 1941, No. 8926 of October 28, 1941, and No. 8942 of November 19, 1941 are amended accordingly.
