The Economic Stabilization Director is authorized to give final approval on behalf of the President to orders issued by the Secretary of Agriculture under section 8c of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended (7 U.S.C. 608c), and to perform all of the functions and exercise all of the authority vested in the President by the said section. 2.
