By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the statutes, and as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: 1. The Economic Stabilization Director is authorized to give final approval on behalf of the President to orders issued by the Secretary of Agriculture under section 8c of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended (7 U.S.C. 608c), and to perform all of the functions and exercise all of the authority vested in the President by the said section. 2. All actions heretofore taken by the Economic Stabilization Director or by the Stabilization Administrator in the Office of War Mobilization and Reconversion approving orders issued by the Secretary of Agriculture under the said section 8c of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended, are hereby ratified and confirmed.
