By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the statutes, and as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered that paragraph 1 (c) of Executive Order No. 9672 of December 31, 1945, entitled "Establishing the National Wage Stabilization Board and terminating the National Wage Labor Board," be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows: "The public members of the Board shall receive compensation at the rate of $10,000 per annum. The other members of the Board, while serving as such without other compensation from the United States, shall receive actual transportation and other necessary expenses, and $25 per diem in lieu of subsistence, whether or not in a travel status."
