Section 2 of Executive Order 11189 of November 23, 1964, is amended by adding thereto the following: (15) Staff Director, Commission on Civil Rights. (16) Assistant Director (Program Planning, Analysis, and Research), Office of Economic Opportunity. (17) General Counsel, Veterans Administration.
