By virtue of the authority vested in me by subsection (g) of section 303 of the Government Employees Salary Reform Act of 1964, and as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows: Section 1. The following offices and positions are placed in level IV of the Federal Executive Salary Schedule: (1) Director, Community Relations Service. (2) Chairman, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. (3) Director, Bureau of Intelligence and Research, Department of State. (4) United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. (5) United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Sec. 2. The following offices and positions are placed in level V of the Federal Executive Salary Schedule: (1) Assistant General Managers, Atomic Energy Commission (2). (2) Members, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (4). (3) National Export Expansion Coordinator, Department of Commerce. (4) Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense. (5) Associate Director (Policy and Plans), United States Information Agency. (6) Chief Benefits Director, Veterans Administration.
