CONTINUING APPLICABILITY OF PANAMA CANAL REGULATIONS By the authority vested in me as President of the United States of America by the Constitution and laws of the United States, in order to temporarily extend a delegation of authority to the Secretary of Defense, the last sentence of Section 1-102 of Executive Order No. 12173 of November 29, 1979, is amended to read, "This delegation shall be effective until May 15, 1980.".
