ELIGIBILITY FOR DOMICILIARY OR HOSPITAL CARE, INCLUDING MEDICAL TREATMENT By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me under section 6 of title I of the act of March 20, 1933, 48 Stat. 9, as amended by section 1 of the act of June 16, 1933, 48 Stat. 301, as amended by section 29 of the act of March 28, 1934, 48 Stat. 525 (38 U.S.C. 706), the following regulation amending Veterans Regulation No. 6 (a), as amended, is hereby prescribed: 1. Paragraph VIII of Veterans Regulation No. 6 (a) is hereby amended to read as follows: "The Administrator of Veterans' Affairs is authorized to continue hospital and domiciliary care of those persons properly admitted under the laws in effect prior to March 20, 1933, until such time as they may be discharged without jeopardizing their health or life." 2.
