By virtue of the authority vested in me by the National Industrial Recovery Act, approved June 16, 1933, and to effectuate the purposes of said act: I hereby reconstitute the National Industrial Recovery Board created by Executive Order no. 6859 as follows: 1. I hereby continue as members of said Board A. D. Whiteside, Sidney Hillman, Leon C. Marshall, and Walton Hamilton. 2. I hereby appoint William P. Witherow and Philip Murray as members of said Board. 3. Upon the retirement of S. Clay Williams as a member and chairman of the Board on March 22, 1935, I hereby appoint Donald R. Richberg to serve as a member and acting chairman of said National Industrial Recovery Board. 4.
