By virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 301 of Title 3 of the United States Code and in conformity with the first section of the Act of February 19, 1966 (80 Stat. 5; Public Law 89-355), I hereby designate the Department of Commerce as the Department through which the United States shall, under that Act, participate in the Inter-American Cultural and Trade Center (Interama) in Dade County, Florida. In carrying out that function, the Department is authorized to exercise the authority vested in me by the first section of the Act of February 19, 1966. LYNDON B. JOHNSON.
